1.Service Agreement

By engaging WCheck Motors for automotive services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and WCheck Motors.

2.Services Covered

WCheck Motors provides a range of automotive services including but not limited to:

  • Car spa and cleaning services
  • Wheel balancing and alignment
  • Detailing services
  • Periodic maintenance and inspections
  • Battery replacement and testing
  • AC services and repair
  • Windshield and light repairs/replacement
  • Body parts repair and fitment
3.Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of WCheck Motors, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition
  • Make your vehicle available at the scheduled service time
  • Pay for services rendered in a timely manner
  • Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service
  • Notify us of any specific concerns or issues with your vehicle
  • Inform us of any previous repairs or modifications to your vehicle
4.Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. A deposit may be required for certain services or parts orders. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

5.Warranties and Guarantees

WCheck Motors warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Parts installed by WCheck Motors are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Labor warranty is provided for 90 days or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents after service completion.

6.Limitations of Liability

WCheck Motor's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed by the customer
  • Loss of personal property left in the vehicle
  • Consequential damages or losses
  • Delays caused by parts availability or unforeseen circumstances
7.Service Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance for major services. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Walk-ins are welcome but may experience longer wait times.

8.Authorization for Repairs

We will not perform any services beyond the initial authorization without customer approval. If additional repairs are discovered during service, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. Emergency repairs necessary for safety may be performed with verbal authorization.

9.Storage and Holding Fees

Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of service completion notification. After this period, a daily storage fee of $25 may apply. WCheck Motors reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on vehicles not picked up within 30 days and payment not received.

10.Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services provided by WCheck Motors will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.

11.Changes to Terms

WCheck Motors reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or display at our facility. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
